ThicketPaw's Ceremony
"All those old enough to catch their own prey gather under the HighRock for a clan meeting!"FeatherStar jumped expertly onto the HighRock as the cats gathered around.(Click title to comment.)
(For a while I forgot that I was Thicketpaw...Oops.If this is his ceremony,he still technically Thicketkit right?I just want to make sure so I don't make a mistake)
Okay you can start as going from kit to apprentice. "Thicketkit is now 6 moons old,and it is time he became an apprentice."FeatherStar looked down."Thicketkit,do you promise to learn the ways of the warrior code?"
Thicketkit nodded. "I do!" he replied,excited. His tailtip twitched from side to side. He wondered who his mentor would be but remained silent,careful not to ruin any thing.He thought the ceremony was going to be in his memories forever, because this was his big first step towards becoming a warrior.
Tidepool and Crestwing watched with interest. Tidepool hoped she would get an Apprentice. It would be so exciting to help a young cat on his way to a Warriors life! Her blue eyes watched Featherstar carefully. Crestwing just sat and kept a close eye on Wasppaw, who was trying to catch his tail at the time. She frowned. Furysoul sat patiently, he as well as Tidepool was hopeful for a Apprentice.
Thicketkit grew even more excited, he hoped that not many cats would notice his eyes wandering about the group of cat's guessing who his mentor would be. His eyes focused back on Featherstar.
FeatherStar looked down at the crowd."Then from this day forward until you earn your warrior name,you will be known as Thicketpaw.Your mentor will be Furysoul.
